國(guó)際科技園及創(chuàng)新區(qū)域協(xié)會(huì)（IASP）作為當(dāng)今世界唯一一家以科技園區(qū)為主要會(huì)員的協(xié)會(huì)，近年來(lái)在建立全球科技園區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，加強(qiáng)各地區(qū)間科技園區(qū)管理者交流等方面，起到了無(wú)可替代的作用。
清華科技園作為世界上規(guī)模最大的大學(xué)科技園，多年來(lái)為培育創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)，推動(dòng)自主創(chuàng)新和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。清華科技園多年來(lái)積極參加IASP組織的全球性和區(qū)域性的活動(dòng)，為讓世界同行更多地了解中國(guó)的科技園區(qū)，做出了顯著的成績(jī)。
為充分利用世界科技園協(xié)會(huì)已經(jīng)建立的全球科技園區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與國(guó)際間同行的交流及合作，支持中國(guó)科技園區(qū)的發(fā)展和國(guó)際化，2001年，IASP與中國(guó)科技部、北京市政府合作在北京成立了其唯一一個(gè)海外辦事處---- 北京辦公室（IASP Beijing Office），顏振軍博士任主任。2008年，IASP將其更名為中國(guó)辦公室（IASP China Office）并將其移至清華科技園，由啟迪控股負(fù)責(zé)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)管理，陳鴻波擔(dān)任主任。IASP希望通過(guò)這個(gè)辦公室的日常運(yùn)作，協(xié)調(diào)處理中國(guó)科技園區(qū)與國(guó)際科技園協(xié)會(huì)及其全球園區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)合作的有關(guān)事宜。使之成為世界了解中國(guó)科技園區(qū)的窗口，中國(guó)科技園區(qū)走向世界的橋梁。
IASP中國(guó)辦公室成立以來(lái)，已經(jīng)幫助多家中國(guó)大陸科技園區(qū)成為IASP會(huì)員，并完成IASP總部有關(guān)中國(guó)會(huì)員資格審查、繳費(fèi)程序支持，組織中國(guó)大陸科技園區(qū)參加IASP在世界范圍內(nèi)所組織的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)等相關(guān)任務(wù)。
我們相信，隨著業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的不斷發(fā)展，IASP中國(guó)辦公室一定會(huì)在讓世界了解中國(guó)科技園區(qū)，讓中國(guó)科技園區(qū)走向世界方面，做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

As the only association recruiting science parks as members in today's world, IASP has played an irreplaceable role in building network for global science parks and facilitating exchanges among science park managers over recent years.
Tsinghua Science and Technology Park is the largest among its kind in the world. Over decades, it has greatly contributed to incubating innovation businesses, promoting independent innovation and regional economic development. For many years, Tsinghua Science and Technology Park has been actively participating in international or regional events organized by IASP, doing a great job to introduce Chinese science parks to the world.
In order to fully utilize the IASP global network, strengthen international communication and cooperation, and enhance the international visibility of Chinese science parks, IASP worked with Ministry of Science and Technology of China and Beijing Municipality to establish its only overseas branch office - IASP Beijing Office in Beijing, where Dr. YAN Zhenjun served as the director. In 2008 IASP rename it IASP China Office and move it to TusPark, where TusHoldings took charge of its daily operation and Herbert Chen served as the director. IASP hopes this office will enhance the exchanges between Chinese science parks and the association, and serve to coordinate cooperation between Chinese science parks and the whole IASP global network. Hopefully, this office will develop into a window for the world to know Chinese science parks, and also enables Chinese parks to interact with world.
Ever since the establishment of IASP China Office, many science parks in mainland China have obtained their membership, while the office also assisted the headquarter with examining membership applications, processing payments and organizing Chinese science parks to attend IASP events all around the world. We have confidence that, with the development of IASP China Office, it will make even greater contribution to let the world know Chinese science parks and vice versa.
