1.在提交申請表的時候，您不需要繳費，等到理事會通過了您的申請，并將請款單（Invoice）寄給您的時候，才需要您開始付費程序。
2.如果你是在上半年收到請款單，你需要付一整年的年費；如果您是在第三季度內(nèi)收到請款單，您需要付半年的年費；如果您是在第四季度收到請款單，您只需要付25%的年費；
3.提交給銀行的所有資料都是需要加蓋公章的，包括附件一；而且到銀行辦理相關(guān)匯款手續(xù)時需要填一些單據(jù)，所以最好讓經(jīng)辦人員帶上財務(wù)章和人名章（在銀行的預(yù)留印鑒）。
4.若沒有外幣戶的單位辦理匯款手續(xù)時最好可以把公司公章一并帶上，或先從銀行領(lǐng)出相關(guān)購匯手續(xù)的申請，在公司填好蓋好章再去辦手續(xù)。
1.You do not need to pay when submitting the application form; please go and pay only upon receiving the invoice sent by IASP, which means the executive board has approved your application.
2.If you receive invoice during the first half of the year, you need to pay the entire annual fee; but if you receive invoice in the third quarter of the year, you only need to pay 50%; members who receive invoice in the forth quarter is required to pay 25% of the first payment.
3.All the materials submitted to the bank should carry an official seal, including the Appendix I; besides, it is recommend you carry the finance seal and a personal seal to the bank because some forms you fill at the bank also require official seal. (For bank to compare the reserved seal）
4.It is recommended you carry the company seal if your company does not have a foreign currency account, or you may filled out the form first, chopped a seal on it and then go to the bank.

IASP會員年費繳納截止日期是每年的12月31日。 為了避免超過繳費期所引起的不必要的麻煩和誤解，建議會員從每年7月1日起開始啟動繳納本年度會費程序。
會費的繳納除了一開始需要與IASP聯(lián)系索取請款單（Invoice）之外，所有步驟和程序都與第一次繳費相同。
如果您到了下半年還沒有收到Invoice，請和IASP主管會費事務(wù)的Ms. Carol Engelspach 聯(lián)系：iasp@iasp.ws,告知貴公司的詳細(xì)地址，電話，傳真，郵件信箱和收件人，要求對方會將繳費清單(Invoice)通過郵件/傳真發(fā)送并郵寄給您。`參見附件一`
IASP annual payment is due on Dec.31st every year. To avoid overdue payment or unnecessary troubles or misunderstanding, we recommend members to start paying annual fee since Jul 1st of each year.
All the payment procedures are the same with that in first year except you need to ask for a new invoice from IASP.
If you still receive no invoice in the second half year, please contact Ms. Carol Engelspach who’s responsible for payment affairs at iasp@iasp.ws for help. You may inform him of your detailed company address, telephone, fax, email and the name of recipient, and he will email and fax you a invoice upon request.

對于來自中國大陸的IASP會員，為了避免每年繳費一次所產(chǎn)生的時間和費用成本，IASP特別允許中國大陸會員可以一次性繳納未來三年的年費，使用這種繳費方式還可以享受總費用10%的折扣。
使用這種繳費方式的中國大陸會員，需要在《境外匯款申請書》交易附言/Transac. Remark中注明會費繳納的三個年度即可，例如：2011-2013年度會費。
以上是我們在北京中國銀行向（IASP）繳納會費的基本程序。由于各地情況有所不同，以上程序僅供參考，各位可以向貴單位的開戶銀行具體咨詢繳費程序。

Members from mainland China may pay three years’ annual fee at one time so as to save remittance cost and time, to which we offer a 10% off discount.
Mainland China members who pay for three years need to add a remark on the Oversea Remittance Form, such as: membership fee for 2010~2013.
Above procedures are required at Bank of China in Beijing, to which other banks may operate differently in details. Please consult your account bank for more information.
